CourtViction works closely the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to track commercial vehicles that have been decommissioned due to safety infractions. Our system promptly notifies relevant stakeholders when a conviction or suspension is documented either on the court's official record or by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

CourtViction is dedicated to ensuring that companies with a vested interest in Commercial Drivers are promptly informed of any convictions or suspensions, enabling them to manage and mitigate their associated risks. Furthermore, we provide immediate notifications to Commercial Drivers to deter them from operating with a suspended license. Our system is designed to instantly alert a driver if their license has been suspended, they've been placed out of service, or if there is an outstanding warrant for their arrest.
